Our 7-day guarantee
If, within 7 days of payment, your login does not arrive or does not work and we are unable to fix it, we refund your payment in full. This applies to every plan.
Quality issues
Most playback problems come from Wi-Fi, device settings or the player app, and can be fixed quickly. Contact us first; if a problem on our side cannot be solved, we refund.
Not eligible
- Change of mind after using the service.
- Payments made to third-party app developers.
- Problems caused only by your internet connection or device.
- Accounts suspended for breaking our terms.
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
How to request a refund
Use the contact page, choose "Payment", and include the email used for your order. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; timing depends on your payment provider.
