Gold IPTV respects your privacy and collects as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use one of our forms, we receive the details you enter:
- Free trial: email, country, phone or WhatsApp, and device, to send your trial login.
- Order: name, email, country, phone, device and chosen plan, to send your payment link and login and to support your account.
- Contact: name, email, country, phone, topic and message, to reply to you.
Our hosting provider also processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser type, to run and secure the website.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, use advertising trackers, or send marketing newsletters.
Payments
Payments happen on a separate, secure payment page operated by a payment provider. Gold IPTV never receives your full card details.
Who helps us
A website hosting and security provider and a transactional email provider process data on our behalf, only to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
Trial and contact information is kept for up to twelve months. Order information is kept while your plan is active and afterwards as long as accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data through the contact page.
Children
Gold IPTV is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect children's data.

Any change to this policy will be reflected in the date above.
