DMCA and Copyright Policy

Gold IPTV respects copyright and responds to valid notices of alleged infringement relating to goldiptv.org.

Submitting a notice

Send your notice through the contact page with the topic "Other", starting your message with "Copyright notice". Please include:

1. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
2. The material you want removed and where it can be found.
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

How we respond

We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate. If information is missing, we may ask you for it.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice by the same route with your contact details, an explanation and your signature.

Repeat infringement

We may close accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
